To nominate a candidate, complete the 2024-2025 Official Nomination Form and provide documentation as appropriate. Submission deadline is 3:00 p.m., Friday, March 14, 2025 to be considered for the May 2025 award. The recipients will be honored at the Senior Recognition Ceremony on Wednesday, May 7 or Thursday, May 8.
