To nominate a candidate, complete the 2025-2026 Official Nomination Form and provide documentation as appropriate. Submission deadline is 3:00 p.m., Friday, March 13, 2026 to be considered for the May 2026 award. The recipients will be honored at the Senior Recognition Ceremony on Thursday, May 7 or Friday, May 8.
