Transition to Work

Teaches students to develop work, employability and social skills for the workplace.

Transition to Work is a program designed to assist students in the development of employability skills, work habits, social skills, and appropriate workplace behaviors. These skills are developed through work experiences in-house (CVCC) and at non-paid community-based sites.

Either section of this program can be repeated to meet individual needs as determined by the student’s education team.

Annual re-application is required.

Who may participate? High school students may apply. Placement in the program is determined by the student’s educational team. Annual re-application is required.
