Culinary Arts & Food Services

Learn the fundamentals of preparing and serving foods in a variety of settings.

The Culinary Arts & Food Services program is a two-year program designed for students who have a desire to learn about and work in the foodservice industry. Students will develop basic and advanced culinary skills in a commercial kitchen, and will learn to prepare, present and serve food for guests in The Valley Inn Restaurant. Students will have the opportunity to enhance their customer service and management skills as they coordinate community catering events. Successful students will be self motivated, with a passion for food and people, and have the skills to work well with others.
