The Valley Inn is the student-operated restaurant overlooking CVCC’s beautiful campus. Culinary Arts students create the menu featuring soups, salads, sandwiches, entrees, and desserts. They prepare the offerings and invite patrons to dine.
The Valley Inn Restaurant opens its doors for the 2026-27 school year on Wednesday, October 7. The restaurant serves lunch from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Wednesday-Friday when school is in session. Please click on the Valley Inn Schedule for more information.
