The Uniform Guy will be at CVCC to take orders and measurements on the following dates:
- Thursday, June 11 from 1:00-7:00 p.m.
- Friday, June 12 from 11:00-5:00 p.m.
- Tuesday, June 23 from 1:00-7:00 p.m.
- Wednesday, June 24 from 11:00-5:00 p.m.
Below are the order forms you will be completing when you come in for the fitting. Please review the appropriate form to have an idea of what you will be ordering and the cost (no need to print). Blank order forms will be available on-site.
The Uniform Guy pick-up (if ordered in June) is on Friday, August 7 from 8:00 a.m to 5:00 p.m.
